Introducing Sanctuary Property Services

Following the recent launch of the ConstructDPS, we would like to introduce another division of Sanctuary Group that have started using ConstructDPS to source and engage contractors for their contracts.

Sanctuary Property Services provides in-house repairs, maintenance services and planned reinvestment for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary Group. It manages more than 100,000 homes in England and Scotland - and is currently seeking contractors across the UK to support its efforts.

Lynsey Beckley, Operations Director of Sanctuary Property Services, said: Through adopting the ConstructDPS we have streamlined our internal processes and seen increased engagement, not only from our existing supply chain, but also new contractors.

Property Services planned reinvestment works range from commercial boilers and roof replacements to extensive building refurbs and minor remodelling projects across the UK. We are looking for contractors of all sizes, including SMEs and large contractors to join ConstructDPS, become part of our national supply chain and support our property reinvestment plans.

Richard Ratcliffe, Managing Director at LSC said, “It’s brilliant to see another team at Sanctuary Group join the ConstructDPS. It’s opening up opportunities for many contractors across the UK and making it simpler and easier for them to compete for contracts.”

All contractors need to do to apply to the ConstructDPS, is obtain an amber LSC profile, which can be gained for free, and provide their company details, such as insurances and recent turnover. Contractors can then apply to join the ConstructDPS via their LSC home screen to identify the areas where they would like work, and the value bands they would like to be considered for, which will be up to 50% of their business turnover.
