Hundreds of tradespeople, contractors and framework owners from across Lincolnshire enjoyed our Meet the Buyer event last week (19 February).
More than 200 people came along to Belton Woods in Grantham and enjoyed networking with other construction professionals to build relationships and get their projects off the ground.
Buyers from a range of companies including Henry Boot Construction, Willmott Dixon and GF Tomlinson – showcased their existing and future schemes to ensure developments across the Midlands are delivered by local trades.
Our CEO Richard Ratcliffe said: “Demonstrating local spend is vital for framework owners - and finding work with regional contractors is fundamental for tradespeople. Our Meet the Buyer events marry people from across the industry to ensure projects are delivered by local businesses and suppliers.
“I would like to thank everyone who came along, including our exhibitors, who made our event such a success. Feedback from the day has been really positive and I’m delighted so many people found it so productive.
“We’re already planning our next event so we’ll look forward to seeing everyone again soon.”
